Our “Fan Favorite” award winner, voted on by members of the community, was the Kendrick-Prentice-Tirocchi House (aka Wedding Cake House) at 514 Broadway. This ambitious and complete interior and exterior revitalization of a threatened grand Victorian gem was undertaken by Dirt Palace, a women’s art collective, Jon Chambers Architects, and the Wedding Cake House Advisory Council.
